Basic Life Support (BLS) training is designed for healthcare professionals and individuals who need to know how to perform high-quality CPR and use an AED in emergency situations. This course follows the latest American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and emphasizes hands-on skills and team-based response.
Who Should Take This Course?
• Healthcare professionals (LVN, RN, EMT, CNA, MA, etc.)
• Medical and nursing students
• First responders and public safety personnel
• Anyone required to maintain a BLS certification for work or school
Participants will learn how to:
• Perform high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
• Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) safely and effectively
• Provide effective ventilation using a bag-mask device
• Work as part of a team during multi-rescuer CPR
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies
• Relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction) in adults and infants

Blended Learning
The One-on-One Skills Session is a private, instructor-led training option designed for students who prefer individualized instruction or need a flexible schedule.
This session provides focused, hands-on skills practice and evaluation in a quiet learning environment. It is ideal for students completing Blended Learning (online course + in-person skills) or for individuals who would benefit from personalized coaching and extra guidance. During the session, a certified instructor will work with you one-on-one to review techniques, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident performing each required skill.
Upon successful completion of the skills evaluation, certification will be issued the same day, even if you have a evening session.
